RemoteSolutions.africa provides a remote job marketplace for African professionals. Premium subscription: KES 799/month or KES 6,999/year. 14-day free trial available.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security. One account per person. No sharing accounts.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues to period end.
• No refunds for partial billing periods.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: scrape jobs, create fake profiles, misrepresent yourself to employers, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

6. Job Listings

We publish jobs in good faith from verified sources. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We remove scam listings promptly — report issues to support@remotesolutions.africa.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and code is owned by RemoteSolutions.africa.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for employment decisions made by employers or job seekers.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
